Defendants appeal from an adverse jury verdict and judgment in a breach of contract action brought by plaintiffs. The primary issues concern the applicability of the Consumer Protection Act, RCW 19.86, to a breach of a private contract, and the propriety of allowing the jury to consider the negligent infliction of emotional distress as an element of damages.
