The New Boston Garden Corporation (Garden) appeals pursuant to G.L.c. 58A, § 13, from a decision of the Appellate Tax Board (board) with respect to real estate tax assessments on the North Station Terminal Building complex at 80-120 Causeway Street, Boston (premises), for the 1974 six-month transitional municipal fiscal period and for fiscal years 1975, 1976, and 1977.
