This proceeding arises out of the alleged breach by the defendant of its April 8, 1971 six year contract with the plaintiff. As will be seen below, the contract provided in part for defendant to load grain aboard ocean-going vessels for plaintiff for export at defendant's grain elevator located in Westwego, Louisiana. The alleged breach is represented to be a telex dated January 17, 1977 from defendant to plaintiff by which defendant cautioned plaintiff...
