This is an appeal from the judgment in a partition suit involving 252.87 acres of land in Anderson County, Texas.

The property in question was owned by J. R. Crume; upon his death in 1925 the property was inherited by Crume's wife Mollie, their four daughters (appellees' predecessors) and one son (appellants' predecessor).
