Clyde Pruitt had an insurance policy with respondent, Alaska Pacific Assurance Company, to cover collision damage to a 1972 Ford pickup truck. While the truck was parked on June 10, 1977, another vehicle drove through a retaining wall and damaged the truck. Lakes Auto Body Shop estimated damage at $2,235.14.
