Jerry L. McDonald appeals from his conviction for the offense of possession of an illegally taken deer. Appellants Steven D. and Dennis A. McDonald each appeal from respective convictions for hunting in closed season. All three appellants were convicted in Justice Court Precinct No. 2 of Uvalde County, and thereafter appealed to the Uvalde County Court.
