LARSEN, Justice.

Appellant was found guilty of burglary, larceny, receiving stolen goods, possessing burglary tools, and conspiracy. He was sentenced to four to fifteen years imprisonment. The Superior Court affirmed appellant's judgment of sentence, and we granted allowance of appeal.
