Defendant Taksim Neziroski was charged with burglary pursuant to section 19-1 of the Criminal Code of 1961 (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1977, ch. 38, par. 19-1). Defendant's fingerprints, taken by police officers incident to defendant's prior unlawful arrest for another crime, were used to connect him with the burglary scene. The circuit court suppressed the fingerprints. The State appeals the order suppressing...
