This appeal involves a dispute over the child-custody and economic provisions of a dissolution decree. The trial court awarded alimony, child support, a lump-sum property settlement of $225,000 to be paid at a future date, and custody of the parties' three children to the appellant, Donna J. Callenius. The court of appeals affirmed the award of custody, modified the property settlement by substituting in lieu thereof two eighty-acre tracts of farmland...
