In October, 1975, claimant, a bricklayer, filed a compensation claim against an employer for whom he had worked 10 weeks in 1974, alleging that by reason of that employment he sustained an occupational disease in the nature of asbestosis. Medical evidence causally relating his claimed disability to that work was not forthcoming and the case was closed. On April 8, 1978, claimant submitted a new claim for disability benefits, alleging asbestosis arising out of his relationship...
