Appellant Mary Weber was awarded disability insurance benefits effective May 27, 1975, based on a finding of disability resulting largely from low back degenerative arthritis. The Secretary of Health and Human Services then terminated the benefits effective April 1978, upon a finding that Weber's disability ceased in February 1978.
