Defendant was found guilty by a district court jury of five counts of criminal sexual conduct based on the same act, and the trial court sentenced defendant for the most serious conviction, criminal sexual conduct in the first degree, to a prison term of 1 to 20 years to run concurrently with a previously imposed sentence for aggravated robbery on which probation was revoked.
