TYSON, Judge.

The three count indictment charged Charles Tucker with the unlawful sale of prohibited liquor contrary to the Alabama statute. The cause was tried before the Circuit Judge who found the appellant "guilty as charged" and assessed a fine of five hundred dollars and costs. In addition, the trial court sentenced the appellant to one year in the county jail, which sentence was suspended and the appellant placed on probation for two years on the condition...
