Claimants, Gregory Ward, Sarah Ramsey and James Herman, were part of a group of Chrysler employees who were discharged in June of 1974, after they had participated in an illegal work stoppage at Chrysler's Warren Truck Assembly Plant. Along with many other employees who were terminated, claimants filed for unemployment compensation.
