This is an appeal from a judgment entered in favor of the plaintiffs, Robert and Barbara Maci and their insurer Wisconsin Employers Insurance Company against the defendants Daniel and Ingred Pues and their insurer State Farm Fire and Casualty Company. The jury found the defendants 80% causally negligent in the maintenance of their premises as plaintiffs' landlords.
