On January 18, 1977, Carl and Juanita Ashley filed a petition for dissolution of marriage and attached their separation agreement pursuant to R.C. 3105.63.

The court timely held a hearing. Upon reviewing the testimony and finding that both parties (1) made a complete disclosure about their financial situations, and (2) desired to have their marriage dissolved in accordance with the terms of the separation agreement, the court approved the petition...
