Petitioner Minnesota Chemical Dependency Association (hereinafter MCDA) appeals from an order of the district court affirming the decision of the Minneapolis Commission on Civil Rights (hereinafter commission). The commission concluded that complainant Timothy Campbell was discriminated against on the basis of affectional preference in employment.
