Theodore Donaldson, Jr. has petitioned for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Petitioner was convicted on September 29, 1975, of selling narcotics in violation of New York State law and sentenced to two concurrent indeterminate terms of six years to life imprisonment and one year to life imprisonment.
