After a nonjury trial, Appellant was found guilty of Receiving Stolen Property.1 Appellant's post-verdict motions were denied, and Appellant was sentenced to three years probation. This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence. For the following reasons, we reverse and discharge Appellant.
