This case comes before us on remand from the Louisiana Supreme Court following reversal of our earlier decision in which we affirmed a jury verdict in favor of the defendants. See Dofflemyer v. Gilley, 378 So.2d 440 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1979). The Supreme Court found, as had the jury, that the accident was caused by the joint negligence of the defendants, Gary D.
