OAKS, Justice:
Defendant was convicted of theft in violation of U.C.A., 1953, § 76-6-404. The issues on this appeal are (1) the voluntariness of defendant's confession, (2) the appropriateness of questions asked in cross-examination of defendant's character witness, and (3) the sufficiency of evidence of guilt.
