The state appeals a pretrial order dismissing an indictment for lack of speedy trial. We reverse and remand for trial.

On November 18, 1977, defendant was indicted for sodomy in the first degree. Trial was initially set for April 11, 1978, but due to motions brought by both the state and defendant, the case was reset and was tried on June 21, 1978. The jury found defendant guilty as charged.
