LeGRAND, Justice.

This case arises out of an injury suffered by plaintiff, an employee of J.P. Cullen Construction Company, while he was working on a new building being constructed for Geroge A. Hormel & Company, The jury returned a verdict for $112,500 in plaintiff's favor. Defendant appeals. We reverse and remand for entry of a judgment in favor of defendant on its motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict.
