After the Alcoholic Beverages Control Commission (commission) suspended for eight days the plaintiff's license to sell alcoholic beverages, the plaintiff sought judicial review of the commission's decision under G.L.c. 30A, § 14. Both parties moved for judgment on the pleadings1 and the commission's motion was allowed. Judgment was entered in the Superior Court dismissing the complaint.
