This lawsuit allegedly involves a personal injury claim arising out of an automobile accident which occurred in Detroit.

Defendant-appellant Braziel Carreker (hereinafter defendant) alleges that the accident occurred on May 9, 1975. The complaint was filed on May 5, 1978, in Wayne County Circuit Court.
