At issue are two points: (1) Whether giving of a customer order form after receipt of money evinces an intent to commit forgery? (2) Whether a receipt is a writing commonly relied upon in business or commercial transactions as evidence of debts or property rights? This court holds that the giving of a customer order form indicates an intent to defraud...
