TATUM, Judge.

The defendant, Clarence Garland, Jr., appeals from a conviction for first-degree murder for which he was sentenced to the penitentiary for life. He was also convicted of arson and sentenced from 6 to 21 years in the State penitentiary. He was found guilty of petit larceny and concealing stolen property for which he was sentenced to the penitentiary from 2 to 5 years...
