The defendant, Carlton E. Hunter, was convicted by a jury in the circuit court of Shelby County of aggravated arson (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1979, ch. 38, par. 20-1.1(a)(1)). Defendant was sentenced to 10 years' imprisonment. The only issue on appeal is whether the trial court abused its discretion by considering improper factors in aggravation...
