VAUGHN, Judge.

Defendant admitted that she owed plaintiff a balance of $12,000.00 on a loan he had advanced to her. Although the parties disputed the terms of the verbal loan agreement, the existence of the debt itself and plaintiff's right to repayment were never in issue, and the court, through summary judgment, simply ordered defendant to pay the sum due. Significantly, the court did not require defendant to pay the loan back with interest, a matter of much disagreement...
