The defendant-appellant Luvern Jordan was convicted of robbery in a trial to the court and was sentenced to imprisonment for a period of ten years. Although on appeal he raises four issues1 for our review, we find it necessary to discuss only one, since we conclude that although the evidence reveals he stated he committed a robbery, the additional evidence was insufficient to establish he committed the robbery charged...
