HICKMAN, Justice.

Jack Hawkins died of a heart attack in Las Vegas, Nevada, on the 26th of February, 1979, at the age of sixty-two. He was there to obtain a divorce from his wife of thirty-five years. Hawkins had been the manager of Sears Department Stores in Arkansas when he retired in 1977. A will in Hawkins' handwriting was admitted to probate court in Pulaski County March 20, 1979.
