Appellant, Blair I. Benson, with counsel, appeals his conviction for violations of the currency reporting statutes, specifically, 31 U.S.C. §§ 1059 and 1101 (1976). A jury trial was held in the United States District Court for the District of North Dakota, the Honorable Bruce M. Van Sickle presiding.
