This is an appeal from a decision of the Circuit Court of Harrison County which granted to the appellee, Don S. Company, Inc., possession of a certain tract of real estate the appellee had previously purchased at a tax sale pursuant to Chapter 11A, article 4 of the West Virginia Code.
