This matter is before the Court on the motions of the plaintiffs in each of these consolidated cases to remand these cases to the state court. These suits arise out of an automobile-train collision. At the time of the accident, Mr. Carpenter was driving the automobile and his wife, Cora Lea Carpenter, was a passenger.
