The City of Milwaukee appeals from an order finding it in contempt of a foreclosure judgment. The city was, by virtue of its claim for outstanding real estate taxes, a named defendant in the foreclosure action. The judgment contained a prohibition against the commission of waste on the property during the one year redemption period.
