R.E. Ames, one of the defendant-respondents, owned certain orchard property in the Emmett, Idaho, area. As a consequence of indebtedness, Ames transferred title to this property to plaintiff-appellant Ventures, Inc. [hereinafter Ventures] but reserved the right to repurchase.
