This case is an adversary proceeding initiated by the debtor to avoid liens pursuant to Title 11 U.S.C. § 522(f). The issue presented to the Court is whether an individual, who holds property as a tenant by the entireties, may treat the tenancy as divided in half for the purpose of administration of the bankruptcy case.
