The above-captioned matters all have come to the Court's attention through motions filed in each case to modify each defendant's original sentence. All three defendants pled guilty to bank robberies of institutions insured by the FDIC in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a). Michael L. Jones and Michael Patrick Baker entered their guilty pleas on May 5, 1981, to robbing $2,404.75 from the Haven State Bank of Haven...
