This appeal concerns the validity of an Alford plea1 in Wisconsin, and the trial court's refusal to allow post-sentence withdrawal of such a plea in this case. We affirm because we conclude that an Alford plea is valid in Wisconsin, the trial court properly accepted the Alford plea entered in this case, the trial court did not abuse its discretion in finding no manifest injustice necessitating post-sentencing...
