PADGETT, Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction of the offense of robbery in the second degree. The trial was jury-waived.

Essentially two points are urged by the appellant as bases for reversal. The first is that there was insufficient evidence to justify the denial of his motion for acquittal and the second is that certain statements made by the court in the course of a colloquy between court and counsel during argument were specific findings of fact...
