This appeal arises out of a conviction for theft of over ten thousand dollars ($10,000) wherein the punishment, enhanced by a prior conviction, was assessed at twenty (20) years. We affirm.

The sufficiency of the evidence is not challenged. The alleged errors of the trial court concern its charge to the jury on the application of the law to the facts. No objections to the charge were made at trial. Consequently, our review is limited to any...
