Appellee, Weidner, is a painting subcontractor. Appellant, Sitterle Properties, is a partnership engaged in the business of home construction. The two parties entered into a painting subcontract whereby appellee agreed to provide certain services and goods and appellant agreed to pay appellee accordingly.
