Appellant was charged by indictment with burglary of a habitation with intent to commit theft, enhanced by two prior felony convictions. V.T.C.A., Penal Code, Sec. 30.02. Appellant pleaded not guilty; the jury found him guilty. Appellant pleaded true to one enhancement (the court quashed the other).
