Defendant was convicted of capital murder, § 565.001, RSMo 1978, and sentenced to life imprisonment without eligibility for probation or parole for 50 years. § 565.008.1, RSMo 1978. Defendant filed a pro se brief and requested that we review four points not presented to the trial court which he claims constitute plain error.
