HERD, J.:

Kathleen Cobb appeals her jury conviction of first degree murder. K.S.A. 21-3401. Prior to trial, Cobb pled guilty to unlawful possession of a firearm. K.S.A. 21-4204(1)(b). Defendant was sentenced to life for the murder conviction and one (1) to ten (10) years for possession of the firearm. The sentences were ordered to run concurrently.
