Plaintiff instituted this divorce action under section 201(d)(1) of the Divorce Code of April 2, 1980 P.L. 63, 23 P.S. §201. In his complaint, he alleged that he and his wife have lived separate and apart for a period of at least three years and that their marriage is irretrievably broken. Defendant filed an answer in which she did not deny that the marriage is irretrievably broken but contended that the parties have not lived...
