In this action for personal injuries plaintiff appeals from the summary judgment granted in favor of defendants. We reverse the judgment. In addition, defendants/third party plaintiffs appeal from the sustaining of a demurrer and the subsequent granting of a motion to strike their claim for indemnity, as well as the summary judgment granted in favor of third party defendant on their claim for contribution. We affirm as to the indemnity claim...
