On February 15, 1978 claimant owned and operated a stock farm consisting of approximately 135 acres located on the south side of New York Route 7 at its intersection with the Smith Road in the Town of Schoharie, Schoharie County, when the State appropriated approximately 26.15 acres of the farm in fee and a permanent easement of .110 acre.
