Appellant John Haak was charged in LaPorte Circuit Court with rape, Ind. Code § 35-42-4-1 (Burns 1979 Repl.). Haak was tried to a jury and convicted as charged. The trial court sentenced him to twenty years imprisonment. This appeal followed. Appellant raises four issues for our consideration.
