VOSS, P.J.

Thomas Wamser filed suit against Julien Bamberger for Bamberger's failure to perform his obligations under an oral contract. Bamberger moved the court for summary judgment, and the court dismissed Wamser's complaint against Bamberger in granting the motion. Because we find the oral contract was rendered unenforceable by the statute of frauds, we affirm the trial court's dismissal of Wamser's complaint.
